Exchange or Return of Goods

If the product is of bad quality, the buyer has the right to return the product , concluded at a distance within 14 days after purchase.

  • Condition: Products must be in their original condition, unopened, and with all packaging intact.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Perishable goods like fresh vegetables, dairy products, and opened canned items are not eligible for return or exchange.
